Apple Certify Their First Solar iPhone Charger - Novothink Surge

Apple have just certified the Novothink Surge as the first solar powered iPhone 3G / 3GS charger. Out later this month in the US and soon after we hope in Australia, the Surge should come in just under the AU$100 mark, pricing and distributor yet to be found and confirm.

The case will not only trickle feed power from the sun to your iPhone to keep its power going but also include an inbuilt re-chargeable battery giving an extra 20% boost to your iPhone for when the sun is not up.

Available in five colours: black, white, pink, blue and tree hugging green with the option of metallic on the pink, green and blue cases.
